Philip Houtzager is of counsel and specialises in Property and Construction.
Philip helps clients, contractors and other interested parties with the preparations for and the development and implementation of construction projects. He has extensive experience in inner city and other redevelopment and infrastructure projects, and area development.
Philip has worked for Berenschot Osborne, Loyens & Loeff and Stibbe. In 2006 he established the law firm, Houtzager Strijker together with Marius Strijker. That firm became part of Clairfort on 1 January 2018.
