Clairfort Attorneys is further expanding its Corporate Law and M&A team with two experienced attorneys: Pieter Verloop and Jan de Wrede. They will join Clairfort as Associate Partners. Both are making the move from Marxman Advocaten.
Jan de Wrede brings extensive experience in commercial contract law and event law. He advises companies and organisers on complex contractual issues and commercial collaborations.
Pieter Verloop specialises in corporate law, with a strong focus on corporate litigation and mergers & acquisitions. He assists clients in strategic transactions and shareholder disputes.
With their combined knowledge and experience, De Wrede and Verloop significantly strengthen Clairfort’s corporate law practice. In the coming period, together with M&A partner Jan Willem Reesink, they will focus on further expanding the section.
