Jos Hendrickx is a partner at Clairfort and a lawyer specialising in Company law and M&A.
Jos specializes in corporate law. He has a special focus on the prevention and resolution of disputes between shareholders or directors. He also advises entrepreneurs in the setting up of companies (private or public company with limited liability) and joint ventures (including a general or limited partnership) and about commercial contracts. Jos also advises and litigates about shareholder agreements, directors liability, the protection of minority shareholders and the dispute and squeeze-out scheme. He also focuses on corporate governance issues, in particular regarding family businesses.
Jos studied Law at Utrecht University. He has been a lawyer since 1988. Previously Jos was a partner at two medium-sized law firms.
Jos is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association.
