Ebru Merttürk is a lawyer within the Corporate and M&A section at Clairfort.
Ebru completed both the master in Commercial and Company Law at Erasmus University and the master in Business and Law at Utrecht University. She also completed a minor in political science in Istanbul, Turkey.
During her studies, Ebru did internships at various law firms, where her interest in corporate law grew. Consequently, she is currently working at Clairfort’s Corporate Law and M&A section.

Clairfort advised the shareholder of Cloudshapers on the sale of the shares to One Two Capital. Cloudshapers operates in the areas of recruitment, selection, secondment, consulting, training and related administrative services in the context of cloud migration and enhancement of cloud environments.
