Rob Tappel is a trainee attorney-at-law within the Employment Law department at Clairfort.
Rob obtained both a bachelor’s degree in Law and a bachelor’s degree in Criminology at the Erasmus University. Subsequently, he completed his Master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam. Rob wrote his master’s thesis on the non-competition clause in a fixed-term employment contract.
He specializes in non-competition clauses and termination agreements, but is interested in employment law in the broadest sense of the word.
During his studies, he did a three-month internship at another law firm.
Rob loves sports and nature.
