Patricia Kampschreur is a lawyer who specialises in Procurement & Competition law.
Patricia has served as a specialist in competition and procurement law for more than 10 years. She assists tenderers in tendering procedures. Patricia also provides advice in EU and Dutch procurement law.
In addition, she advises businesses on the application of European and Dutch competition law (prohibition of cartels, state aid and the abuse of dominance). Patricia also assist in merger review notifications at ACM or European Commission.
Patricia used to work as a lawyer for Loyens & Loeff and two other law firms. In addition, she has worked as a senior assistant in the ACM’s Legal Affairs Department.
Patricia completed the Grotius Competition Law specialist programme of study in 2003.
She is a contributor with the Tijdschrift voor Staatssteun for decisions taken by the European Commission with regard to state aid.
