Marius Strijker is a partner and lawyer specialising in the law (European and otherwise) governing procurement, civil engineering and contracts.
He has a great deal of experience in tendering and contracting for various projects with the aid of integrated types of contracts, such as design and build agreements (UAV-GC) and public-private partnership variants in the infrastructure, utility, area development and water sectors.
Marius advises and assists both government and other clients, and private and other contractors for the purposes of preparing for and conducting European and national tendering procedures through to contracting, as well as contract management for the purposes of infrastructure, industrial, utility and area development projects.
In the past Marius worked for Loyens & Loeff, Twynstra Gudde and Railinfrabeheer B.V. (Prorail). In 2006 he established the firm, Houtzager Strijker, together with Philip Houtzager. That firm became part of Clairfort on 1 January 2018.
