Maaike Berends – de Weerd is an attorney-at-law within the Construction & Real Estate department of Clairfort.

Maaike previously worked as a lawyer for 15 years. She has gained extensive experience in tenancy law and construction law, both in the consultancy and litigation practice.

Within Clairfort, Maaike is involved in construction law, property development and tenancy law.

In 2015, she completed the Grotius Real Estate Law Specialization course. Maaike is a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association and the Association for Construction Law.
