Geke Bosch is a labour law attorney and associate partner. She has been part of Clairfort from the time of its establishment in October 2017.
Geke specialises in labour law. She completed her specialist Labour Law programme of study cum laude in 2016.
Geke provides advice and litigates in relation to both individual and collective dismissals with her everyday practice including matters such as proper or inadequate performance, occupational incapacity and the provision of assistance with restructuring. Geke has experience conducting negotiations with trade unions, in matters pertaining to collective labour agreements and issues involving staff representation. In addition, she frequently provides her clients with advice on flexible labour relations and developments involving sole traders.
As a special area of attention, Geke focuses on the provision of advice to health care institutions, in which she has overseen various forms of restructuring in recent years. Moreover, she is also knowledgeable about specific legislation and regulations within the health care sector.
Geke gives courses, seminars and presentations concerning her field of expertise and she is a member of various professional associations.
