Eline van der Weerdt

Eline van der Weerdt is an attorney-at-law within the Employment Law department at Clairfort.

Eline obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Utrecht University. She completed her Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam.
Throughout her career, Eline has specialised in employment law.

She advises on and litigates in relation to both individual and collective dismissal law. Cases concerning inappropriate behaviour, (poor) performance and incapacity for work form part of her day-to-day practice. In addition, she regularly advises on issues relating to social security law.

Eline is experienced in drafting and negotiating employment contracts and assists both employers and employees with a wide range of employment law issues.

Alongside her day-to-day practice, Eline enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. She regularly delivers courses, seminars and presentations on employment law topics.
