Armita Hosseini is an attorney-at-law who works in the field of intellectual property law.
Armita advises and litigates on national and cross-border issues in the field of copyright, portrait, trademark, trade name and design law. She advises, inter alia, on the protection of trademarks and trade names, inventions, product design and counterfeiting. Armita also assists in drafting and negotiating (commercial) contracts, such as cooperation, licensing and publishing agreements.
Armita has been working at Clairfort since 2019. Armita completed a master’s degree in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. Earlier, she completed her bachelor of law at Utrecht Law College, the honours programme of Utrecht University. Armita also studied at Uppsala University (Sweden) for a semester. During her studies, she gained experience in the judiciary and as a volunteer at a local law clinic.
Armita is a member of the Benelux Vereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht (Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law) (BMM) and is a member of the Dutch Event committee within this association.
