Najama Voogd is a trainee attorney-at-law who specialises in property and construction.
Najama is a trainee attorney-at-law in the Construction & Real Estate department. Before that she worked as a tender consultant for a consultancy firm, where she wrote quality documents for the purpose of (European) tender procedures.
She studied law at the University of Tilburg with a master’s degree in private law. Najama has specialized in Special Agreements and in particular Construction Law (contracts).
In addition to her work at Clairfort Lawyers, she is currently working as an external PhD candidate at the Open University, where she is writing a dissertation on the qualification of Circular Building Contracts.
