Lotte Geense is a lawyer who specialises in spatial and other forms of administrative law, and the law governing construction and tenancy.
Lotte has experience in drafting and evaluating contracts and tender documents. She is also seconded to a housing corporation, where she works two days a week, in particular, providing advice concerning property projects.
Prior to that Lotte worked for DCMR Milieudienst Rijnmond for more than four years. There she acquired extensive experience in environmental law. In 2011 she entered the employ of Houtzager Strijker, which firm became part of Clairfort on 1 January 2018.
Lotte graduated from the University of Utrecht, majoring in Administrative and Private Law. As such, her expertise and experience converge in matters at the interface of these two fields of law.
