Charlotte van Lingen is an attorney-at-law specialising in Company law and M&A and Labour Law.
Charlotte works in the corporate law / M&A and employment law departments. She has experience with issues at the intersection of company law and employment law. Both nationally and internationally.
Charlotte obtained a master’s degree in corporate law and civil law from Leiden University. In addition, Charlotte studied at Trinity College in Dublin, where she has studied European and common law including Anglo-Saxon contract law.
During her studies, Charlotte completed various internships in the legal profession. She also did an internship at Royal Dutch Shell and contributed to the annual report of the National Rapporteur on Human Trafficking and Sexual Violence against Children. In addition, she was selected to participate in ‘Summercourt’, an intensive internship program at the Amsterdam District Court.
Before Charlotte joined Clairfort in 2021, she worked as a lawyer and attorney-at-law in Amsterdam for some time.
